We have some of the biggest and finest conference facilities in the area. Our main function room, the Thames Suite, for example, can accommodate up to 120 people in theatre format, or smaller numbers depending on your requirements for tables and seating. In addition, the Avon and Kennet Suites are furnished and equipped in boardroom style, seating up to 10 people each - ideal for smaller business meetings, or as breakout rooms for larger conferences.

We can provide refreshments, lunches and dinners according to your needs, from a finger buffet to a 5-course meal, and we will be happy to quote for supplying audio-visual equipment and presentation aids.
