AVAILABILITY

Please contact the hotel to check the availability of tables for the date & time you require. A minimum of 60 guests is required to secure a private party reservation for a Friday or Saturday night.

CONFIRMATION

All reservations must be confirmed in writing. Deposits are required to guarantee all reservations. The hotel must receive confirmation of any reservtion within 14 days of the reservation being made.

PAYMENT

A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF £10.00 PER PERSON MUST ACCOMPANY YOUR CONFORMATION. Should the number in your party reduce the deposit for the cancelled seats must not be deducted from the final payment. The full pre-payment must be received 14 days prior to the event. Please ensure cheques have name, address, telephone number of the account holder plus the date of booking on the reverse. Cheques are made payable to SKC Hotels Ltd. Cheques not honoured by the bank will be subject to an additional charge.

PRE-ORDER

A pre-order for parties of 8 or more will be required by 12 noon 5 days prior to the event. (excluding Party night gala buffet)

CANCELLATIONS

All advance payments guarantee your reservation & are non re-fundable. Part of upto 20% of the party number, prior to the 1st December 2008 will be able to reclaim 50% of the final balance payment per cancelled guest only.
